Thank you for your letter of the 20th February, 1937, 53514/36, forwarding a copy of the proposed letter to the Hong Kong Government on the question of acquisition of land for Royal Air Force purposes.

The draft despatch expresses the points excellently so far as we are concerned and I have no alternative wording to suggest except that the words

and buildings" might be added after "site" in line 15 in para.3.
